Hey everybody, my name is Gerald Allen and I am senior journalism student. I'm mainly interested in fashion and sports and I would love to have a career in either of those fields, however, I plan to teach immediately after I graduate from Rutgers in May. I consume A LOT of media on a day-to-day basis, I'm constantly on either sports' blogs or Tumblr, which is my social media of choice. I think we live in a society in which we are heavily influenced by social media and the internet, in general, and I like to think that I fit the mold of today's average consumer of social media.
